Overview

This position is responsible for advancing digital transformation within construction projects through the development of technical drawings, the application of BIM technologies, and the execution of on‑site engineering activities. The role contributes to enhanced project quality, efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making by ensuring the effective creation, management, and utilization of digital construction information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and interpret construction drawings in accordance with project requirements
• Develop and maintain CAD and BIM models to support design and construction processes
• Manage, update, and ensure the integrity of BIM data throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform on‑site engineering tasks, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows through digital tools and methodologies
• Support the organization’s digital transformation initiatives by promoting standardized digital practices

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading and producing construction drawings
• Experience using computer‑based tools for drawing creation (CAD or equivalent)
• Foundational knowledge of BIM concepts, standards, and workflows
• Ability and willingness to engage in on‑site engineering activities
• Educational or professional background in engineering, architecture, or related technical fields
• Demonstrated interest in IT, digital technologies, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with AutoCAD (Autodesk)
• Experience using BIM software such as Revit or Archicad
• Prior involvement in construction, design support, or technical coordination roles
• Experience in digital transformation (DX), automation, or workflow optimization
• Familiarity with data management, 3D modeling standards, or digital engineering practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
