Your Impact

We are launching a major hiring campaign to recruit 21 Procurement Operations Specialists to strengthen and scale our global procurement operations.

If you are detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and passionate about driving operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make real impact within Asahi Group Procurement Services (AGPS) — the global engine powering Asahi Global Procurement.

You’ll play an important role in helping our purchasing processes run smoothly and correctly. You’ll make sure orders are handled properly, information in our systems is accurate and up to date, and colleagues get the support they need to buy goods and services the right way.

Your work will help the business operate efficiently, keep stakeholders satisfied, and continuously improve how we manage procurement across our global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end procurement activities across multiple service lines, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time.
• Create and maintain procurement master data to enable smooth purchasing processes and strong contract compliance.
• Provide operational support, reporting, and practical guidance to help the business navigate procurement requirements.
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service to stakeholders and suppliers, meeting agreed service levels.
• Investigate and resolve purchasing and data issues, identifying root causes and driving sustainable solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure seamless, compliant transactions.
• Maintain strong compliance and risk controls to protect data integrity and release processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while achieving defined procurement KPIs and performance targets.
  
  

About You

• High School Certificate or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with procurement systems or ERPs (SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow) and MS Office Suite (intermediate).
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, master data management, and issue resolution.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused, with the ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders.
