Job Description: Inbound Sales & Operations Manager

Role Purpose


As the Inbound Sales & Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of our growth. This role is a unique hybrid of customer-facing sales and backend operational excellence. You will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into successful enrolments while ensuring every course is executed seamlessly within the HRD Corp framework. You are the bridge between our high-quality practitioner-led workshops and the corporate clients who need them.


Key Responsibilities


1. Inbound Sales & Lead Conversion


·     Consultative Selling: Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads, understanding their digital transformation needs and recommending the right AgileAsia workshops or certifications.

·     Pipeline Management: Manage the sales lifecycle from initial enquiry to closing, ensuring high conversion rates and consistent follow-ups.

·     Needs Analysis: Partner with HR and L&D managers to identify skills gaps and position our HRD Corp-claimable programmes as the solution.

·     Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets for both public and in-house corporate training sessions.


2. Operational Excellence


·     End-to-End Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of training programmes, including learner registration, trainer scheduling, and logistics.

·     Compliance: Oversee all HRD Corp (e-TRiS) submissions and employer grant applications to ensure 100% compliance and smooth claim processing.

·     Systems Management: Maintain and update our Learning Management System (LMS) and CRM to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

·     Quality Control: Ensure all training materials and delivery standards align with internal benchmarks and regulatory requirements.


3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management


·     Serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients regarding course logistics and grant enquiries.

·     Build rapport with our community of industry-leading practitioners (trainers) to ensure they are well-supported for every session.



Requirements


Experience & Eligibility


·     Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in inbound sales and operations.

·     Industry Background: Direct or indirect experience working with a Training Provider or in an L&D environment is highly preferred.

·     Nationality: Must be a Malaysian Citizen or Malaysian PR.


Skills & Competencies


·     Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English (essential for corporate client engagement).

·     Technical Savvy: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a strong understanding of the HRD Corp e-TRiS system is a significant advantage.

·     Sales Acumen: Comfortable with "closing" and a natural ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.

·     Organisational Skills: High attention to detail; you should be someone who enjoys creating order out of chaos.
