The Ritz Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong is currently hiring a Chief Baker to run a complex operations.
Job Summary
Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations
Exhibits creativity and cooking talents by personally preparing bakery and pastry items while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent products for all areas
Works to continually improve associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
Develops and trains team to improve results while maintaining standards
Strictly ensure hygiene and food standards are achieved
Job Requirements
Relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
Strong communications and leadership skills
Passionate and service oriented
