Job Description:

We are looking for a Software Engineer who is as passionate about building robust products as they are about leveraging the latest AI tools to do it. You won't just be maintaining our core TeamNote platform; you will be at the forefront of integrating AI / LLMs into corporate environments.

We don't just want a "coder"—we want an AI-augmented developer who uses AI tools to ship high-quality code at an accelerated pace.

Job Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Development: Design, develop, and maintain features for the core TeamNote platform and our emerging AI products.
• AI Implementation: Build and optimize backend infrastructure for private LLM deployments and RAG architectures.
• Rapid Prototyping: Utilize AI-assisted development tools to increase velocity and maintain high code quality.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product and ML teams to translate complex corporate requirements into seamless user interfaces and secure backend logic.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI integrations meet the rigorous "on-premise" security standards required by our corporate clients.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in software development, particularly in backend development and web application deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Golang, or others relevant to the project.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or deploying applications in air-gapped/on-premise environments.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or Vector Databases is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
