Responsibilities:
Store Planning & Design: Able to adapt brand concept with innovative design to local site conditions, and prepare comprehensive drawing sets, including plans, elevations, fixture & detail drawings for tender documentation
Repair & Maintenance Coordination: Manage the full lifecycle of store facilities and environment by implementing preventative maintenance programs and directing the response to unforeseen maintenance needs
Project Management: Assist in liaising with contractors and manufacturers, manage project timelines, budgets and procurement schedules, reviewing shop drawings and prototypes to ensure high-quality finishes
Tender & Administration: Support the preparation of full sets of tender packages and streamline project documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Related Background
5 years' experience or above, specifically within retail design
Experience in retail design with E&M knowledge and F&B fit-out projects is a plus
High proficiency in AutoCAD
SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
