The Job
Lead the planning and execution of QA projects for electronic and electrical products.
Manage QA activities for electronic/electrical projects, including design reviews, safety testing, inspections, manufacturing process control, and quality system audits.
Prepare and review QA specifications, test results, and audit reports; approve documentation and coordinate troubleshooting with customers to drive improvements.
Oversee QA project progress to ensure timely delivery of reports to customers.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and resource allocations.
Lead a team of professionals to deliver solutions and operations for clients
Work with technical and business development team in determining the best fit solution to our client's needs
The Person
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, project management, manufacturing or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience preferably in testing laboratory, manufacturer or buying office.
Sound knowledge in quality assurance and testing standards
Excellent in communication skill and good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Independent, self-organized and able to work under pressure
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize and organize the team’s workload.
Proven experience in managing projects with ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment
Immediate available is preferred
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
