Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Institutions Relationship Manager to join our team in China. This role requires coverage of both Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions, with a focus on building strong client relationships, originating new pipelines, and driving revenue growth across treasury and credit products. The successful candidate will operate as a mature and independent Senior RM, collaborating closely with the Global Markets Product Team to deliver integrated solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions in China, ensuring comprehensive coverage and client satisfaction.
• Originate new business opportunities, build pipelines, and generate sustainable revenue across treasury and credit products.
• Partner with the Global Markets Product Team to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and enhance cross-sell opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends, risk management, and financing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk frameworks and regulatory requirements while maintaining portfolio profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FI coverage, with proven track record in both Banks and Non-Bank FIs.
• Strong knowledge of treasury and credit products, with ability to structure and execute complex transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a senior banker, with maturity in client engagement and portfolio management.
• Established network and ability to originate new pipelines in global FI sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside product teams.
