The Offsites & Oil Movements Operator is responsible for managing the transfer and storage of oil and related products within a facility. This role involves coordinating the movement of oil between storage tanks, pipelines, and other facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Operators work closely with logistics and operations teams to optimize the flow of materials and maintain accurate records of all transfers. They also oversee the scheduling and execution of oil movements to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Job Role Responsibilities
Monitor and control equipment to ensure the efficient operation of production or process equipment
Follow safety and environmental regulations and protocols to ensure compliance
Work with maintenance teams to address equipment issues and support performance of necessary repairs
