Responsibilities:
Manage and adjust cleaner schedules using Launch27 and WhatsApp
Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, address inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
Answer calls via JustCall
Prepare and send quote estimates using the L27 system
Follow up with clients on pending quotes or revisions
Coordinate any changes or adjustments to the schedule in real time
Communicate job details, updates, and changes to cleaners through WhatsApp
Liaise with clients regarding job timing, availability, and special requirements
Maintain accurate records of schedules, client preferences, and cleaner assignments
Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
1 year experience in customer service (preferably in scheduling residential cleaning industry)
Must be able to speak fluently in English
Must be able to work night shift
Highly organized and detailed-oriented
Experience as cleaner is added advantage
Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
Ability to handle urgent tasks efficiently and adapt to dynamic workflows
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Previous experience in the cleaning or related industry is a plus.
Experience in managing social media content and utilise Canva for editing will be an advantage
