JOB DESCRIPTION
Position : Production clerk
Reporting To : Production Planner – Production Supervisors
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain production records, reports, and logs
- Track daily production output, scrap, and downtime
- Enter production data into ERP or inventory systems
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure production schedules are followed
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Issue work orders, job tickets, and production documents
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and material movement documentation
- Verify accuracy of production paperwork and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and quality control documentation
- Communicate production status to relevant departments
- To follow or to adhere all procedures related to the Company’s EMS Policies in-line with ISO14001:2015 policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or clerical roles preferred
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Basic knowledge of production or inventory systems (ERP/MRP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
