Job Description
Responsibility :
1. Stationary at customer’s site. Provide 1st level technical support and assist customer in resolving their machine performance issue in a prompt manner and follow up with necessary escalation.
2. To carry out machine Preventive Maintenance schedule.
3. To update timely the service call status, submission of report etc as per the process.
Education :
Certificate / Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and relevant field.
Experience :
Fresh Graduate is acceptable. Working experience in relevant field and basic technical troubleshooting skill is an advantage. Training will be provided.

2. Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
3. Basic technical troubleshooting skill.
4. Committed and Result driven.
5. Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure.
6. With strong self-initiative and creativity.
Transportation :
Possess own transport.
Contract length: 12 months yearly renewal basis.
