Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Banking Litigation Clerk to support our legal and recovery team in handling banking-related litigation matters focusing on foreclosure matters. The ideal candidate will assist with court documentation, case management, foreclosure and debt recovery files, and liaison with solicitors, courts, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, file, and manage cause papers
- Monitor court dates, deadlines, and legal correspondence.
- Liaise with external solicitors, court officers, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of legal files and case updates.
- Draft standard letters, notices, and legal documentation.
- Assist in debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Update litigation status reports and maintain tracking systems.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in banking litigation.
- Familiarity with court procedures and legal documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
