Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or higher in any field.
• Leadership skills with ability to mentor the team
• Must be confident, friendly and able to provide good customer services.
• Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (alternate rest days)
• Possess transport for traveling and willing to relocate if necessary
• Working Location: Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Kelantan, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Terengganu, Perlis

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee branch cash flow, expenses, sales records
• Monitor the performance of staff in branch
• Handle and complete daily store operation jobs
• Conduct market merchandising by analyzing promotions, pricing strategies, product displays, stock control, and inventory management
• Achieve sales target
• Resolve customer issue
• Contribute to team efforts to accomplish goals and foster teamwork
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior
