Requirements:

• Additional knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on-site.
• Ensure that all civil engineering works are executed according to design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure it aligns with the schedule and budget.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise on-site.
• Prepare daily site reports, including progress, delays, and quality control observations.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other project stakeholders for site updates and technical clarifications.
• Verify and ensure proper usage of materials and resources on-site.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and other construction documentation.
• Participate in site meetings to provide updates on progress and resolve any site-related issues.
