a) Fuel

• Keeping record on all Fuel Vendor (Syarikat Tan Guan Mui, Gerimis Harta, Bagas Belaga, Solid Petroleum)
• Update and keep record weekly fuel price
• To issue PO accordingly and accurately

b) Accounts

• Follow up on invoice from vendors, to attach Purchase Order/Delivery Order/GRN before submitting to accounts department every 15th of the month
• Record any acquisitions or sales or purchase or disposal of fixed assets

c) Administer and process all machinery and vehicle applications for various licenses, permits, road tax, insurance and dosh inspection

• Maintain all necessary records and update it on systems and prepare all required statements
• Maintain knowledge and to ensure all documents is recorded on any accidents occur for vehicle used by staff, company property and other asset belongs to the company. This includes in assisting HOD to perform internal investigations (when required)
• To ensure all licenses and permits is ready and up to date within required timeframe

d) Property/Vehicles/Machinery/Equipment or Any other company asset

• Understanding of the location and status of the assets
• To coordinate for FA marking/tagging and tracking on site with the help of Workshop/Store team
• To conducts timely physical inventories to validate the accuracy of the records
• To record, update and monitor maintenance record (Calibration record)
• To manage/record all spare keys, ensure that keys are kept in proper storage system

e) Supervision the work of subordinates to ensure that they are working according to the plans and policies of the organization and to make sure subordinates work efficiently and effectively to accomplish the organization objectives
f) Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned.
g) Responsible to follow the company’s quality and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
h) Responsible to contribute and participate in activities related to the continuous improvement of quality and environmental management systems, including initiatives such as Energy Saving activities.
