Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the college’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with MQA, KPT, and internal academic policies and procedures.
- Programme accreditation
- Programme re-accreditation
- Programme amendment applications
- Institutional audits
- Compliance monitoring
- Monitor programme files, course files, lecturer files, and student records.
- Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and academic documentation.
- Coordinate internal quality audits and assist during external audits or visits by regulatory bodies.
- Follow up on audit findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Assist academic departments in preparing teaching and learning evidence.
- Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and quality assurance records.
- Coordinate staff training related to quality assurance and compliance matters.
- Ensure proper document control and filing system for accreditation purposes.
- Liaise with academic staff and management on compliance-related matters.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the institution.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in Quality Assurance, Academic Administration, or Higher Education industry.
- Familiar with MQA requirements, COPPA, and higher education compliance processes.
- Knowledge of ISO standards is an added advantage.
- Good documentation, report writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
