Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure compliance with in-house project delivery methodologies
- Manage resource availability and allocation for each project
- Create detailed project plans to track progress effectively
- Implement proper change management processes in line with the established methodology
- Provide timely and adequate updates to stakeholders for each project
- Conduct risk management activities to minimize project risks
- Escalate issues to management in a structured and timely manner, when necessary
- Manage relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or implementation, specifically within warehouse or 3PL operations
- Strong technical foundation with practical knowledge or hands-on experience in warehousing processes
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
