Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure compliance with in-house project delivery methodologies
• Manage resource availability and allocation for each project
• Create detailed project plans to track progress effectively
• Implement proper change management processes in line with the established methodology
• Provide timely and adequate updates to stakeholders for each project
• Conduct risk management activities to minimize project risks
• Escalate issues to management in a structured and timely manner, when necessary
• Manage relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or implementation, specifically within warehouse or 3PL operations
• Strong technical foundation with practical knowledge or hands-on experience in warehousing processes
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
