Salary Package | 薪资待遇
RM4,800 – RM5,300 per month
每月薪资 RM4,800 – RM5,300
(Based on experience and last drawn salary | 根据经验及现有薪资而定)

Working Hours | 工作时间

• Normal Working Hours | 正常办公时间
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday – Friday | 星期一至星期五

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Handle customer inquiries via Chats, Emails & Voice Calls
• 通过在线聊天、电邮及语音电话处理客户咨询
• Provide accurate information regarding life insurance products and services
• 为客户提供有关人寿保险产品及服务的准确信息

Requirements | 职位要求

• Native Mandarin speaker – must be able to read, write & speak Mandarin fluently
• 必须能够流利阅读、书写及沟通华语
• Good English communication skills
• 具备良好的英语沟通能力
• Degree holder is compulsory (MUST HAVE)
• 必须拥有大学学历
• Must have insurance or banking industry background
• 必须具备保险或银行行业背景
• Insurance agents & ex-insurance agents are highly encouraged to apply

• Customer service experience will be an added advantage
• 具备客服经验者优先考虑
