Jannahnoe is looking for a dedicated E-Commerce & Website Executive to manage our online store operations across our official website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. If you are detail-oriented, organised, and enjoy working in the fashion industry, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce

• Upload and update products on our Website, Shopee, and TikTok Shop (pricing, stock, variants, descriptions).
• Ensure all product information is accurate and consistently updated across all platforms.
• Monitor daily sales, stock movement, and coordinate with the fulfilment team.
• Assist in managing online promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and store decorations.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Shopee Chat, TikTok messages, email, and other channels.
• Provide professional, friendly, and fast customer support.
• Handle order-related issues such as address updates, size queries, return/exchange requests, and shipping updates.
• Record and escalate customer feedback to improve service quality.

Administrative Support

• Prepare simple daily or weekly reports (sales, stock, customer inquiries).
• Assist the operations/marketing team when needed.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day online store operations.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce/website admin/customer service (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with platforms such as Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop Seller Centre.
• Good communication skills, responsible, fast learner, and organised.
• Comfortable using smartphone and basic editing tools (CapCut/Canva an advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
