Job Summary:
- Support Business in delivering the HSE Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across the region. The role is responsible for providing field-level HSE support to all service sites, ensuring compliance with company's HSE requirements, local statutory regulations, and continuously improving the HSE culture and performance.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and effectiveness of the HSE Management System (HSEMS) for the service portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Field & Site HSE Support
- Provide on-site HSE supervision for service and project activities.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and field observations to ensure safe work practices.
- ·Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action closure.
- Contractor & Project HSE Management
- Evaluate and monitor contractor HSE performance, including risk assessments, PTW, and method statements.
- Participate in contractor HSE prequalification, reviews, and periodic evaluations.
- Conduct service and project HSE reviews/inspections to ensure compliance with company's processes and statutory requirements.
Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Ensure compliance with company's HSE standards, OLRS, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
- Support securing, maintaining, and renewing legal and statutory HSE compliance, including DOSH, BOMBA, and DOE requirements.
- Assist in addressing potential non-compliance issues, enforcement actions, or regulatory findings.
Training & Culture Development
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, behavioral safety observations, and awareness programs.
- Support internal auditor training and periodic HSE awareness campaigns.
- Actively promote a strong safety culture across service operations.
Continuous Improvement
- Partner with business leaders and employees to continuously improve HSE culture, maturity, and performance.
- Support continuous improvement of the Management Operating System (MOS) to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of HSE programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in building, construction, service, or industrial environment
- Able to start within 1 month time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
