Key Responsibilities:-

• Prepare ingredients for cooking such as cutting, marinating, and portioning.
• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
• Cook basic menu items according to standard recipes and SOPs.
• Handle assigned kitchen stations during service with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are maintained consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in stock checking and kitchen inventory management.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff or Commis 3 when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in kitchen or F&B operations.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Culinary or hospitality certification is an advantage.
