- Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market;
- Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients;
- Track prospects - identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer - to specific client’s need;
- Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Target and successfully achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by management;
- Complete other tasks assigned by the sales director.
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Analyzing market behavior and customer activities to identify business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
- Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
- Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.
Requirements :
Educational-background: Diploma/ Degree or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Work Experience: Full-time Minimum of 1-2 years sales and logistic experience is highly preferred.
