Job Description:

1. Order Management & Data Accuracy

· Accountable for accurate and timely entry of sales orders, demand forecasts, and related data into the ERP system.

· Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of order details, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.

· Regularly review system data and proactively resolve discrepancies through coordination with relevant teams.

2. Demand Forecasting & Data Analysis

· Analyse historical sales data, demand trends, and customer behavior to support demand forecasting activities.

· Monitor forecast accuracy (forecast vs actual) and identify gaps or risks.

· Propose corrective actions and improvement initiatives to enhance forecast reliability.

3. Order Fulfilment & Cross‑Functional Coordination

· Strengthen communication and coordination between Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams.

· Act as a key contact point to align demand, capacity, and delivery commitments.

· Ensure timely order fulfilment and support on‑time delivery performance.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
