We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our EMS team. In this role, you will ensure that all manufacturing processes and products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities - Supplier / Customer Quality Engineer
- Work with cross-function teams to establish root cause and corrective action in 8D report on customer quality issues as requested based on established due date.
- Work closely with material suppliers on material quality issues
- Liaise with customers on RMA issues
- Responsible for investigating and defining corrective actions for customer quality issues.
- Manage all customer complaints and work through them to ensure issues are resolved and closed.
- Assist in new product development activities (NPI) to avoid quality escalation issues.
- Organize and conduct customer meeting/ conference call
- Prepare and update all necessary quality reports as required by customers
Skills and Qualification
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Material) Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience handling Supplier or Customer Quality issues in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP),
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Candidates with PCBA manufacturing knowledge will be considered.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
