JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Coordinated with client for project-to-project basis.
• Assist on attend site Meeting
• Assist on project paperwork.
• Able to handle documentation.
• Monitoring project status and project schedules.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.

REQUIREMENT:

• Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Able to work in pressure.
• Able to work in initiative.
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem.
• Able to work at the office and construction site.
• Able to meet deadline.
• Mandarin speaking, "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
