About your new role!

Our business analysts are the drivers behind our continued growth and success. We are currently searching for a Business Analyst to be part of our team in realising web applications initiatives for our client. This includes gathering and analyzing requirements in support of business objectives, system requirements, and customer experience.

What Can You Expect From This Role

• Supports the process of functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
• Support testing efforts.
• Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved on time.
• Support lead in communicating needed changes to the development team.
• Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.
• Exposure to enterprise-grade CMS such as Adobe AEM, Sitecore and Umbraco.
• Exposure to client industries such as Banking, Insurance and others.
  
  

Qualification & Experiences

• A bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in computer sciences, system engineering, or a similar field)
• Candidates who are able to start work immediately will have an added advantage.
