Work Location: Central Kitchen Facility
Job Summary:
Provide admin and operational support across production, warehouse, logistics, and outlets
Manage order processing, documentation, inventory, and reporting
Ensure workflow efficiency and timely coordination
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate daily orders and prepare production lists
Coordinate with kitchen team and track production progress
Handle urgent or last-minute order changes
Support workflow from order → production → packing → delivery
Ensure accuracy of documents (production sheets, packing lists, delivery orders)
Maintain records of batch numbers, production and expiry dates
Ensure compliance with SOPs
Maintain inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Assist in stock issuance, reconciliation, and monitor stock levels
Support stock takes and audits
Prepare delivery schedules and coordinate with drivers/logistics
Generate delivery orders, invoices, and dispatch documents
Track deliveries and resolve discrepancies (returns, shortages, damages)
Maintain proper filing and update ERP/system data
Ensure document control and prepare regular reports
Support food safety records (e.g. temperature logs) and audits (NEA, SFA, HACCP)
Ensure traceability of production batches
Liaise with kitchen, warehouse, procurement, logistics, and outlets
Ensure timely communication of updates and issues
Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years relevant experience (preferably F&B/central kitchen)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented and accurate
KPIs:
Accuracy of order processing and documentation
Timeliness of production and delivery coordination
Inventory accuracy and reconciliation
Workflow efficiency and issue resolution
Compliance with audit and documentation standards
