We're Hiring: Technical Recruiter!

Location: Singapore, Singapore
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Technical Recruiter

We areseekinga proactive and people-orientedTechnicalRecruiterto manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and business hiring needs. This role will focus on talent sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and delivering a positive and inclusive hiring experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced recruitment environments, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

  • Actively source and engage candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

  • Build andmaintainstrong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and market trends.

  • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Promote inclusive and bias-aware hiring practices across all recruitment activities.

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate data andhiringworkflows.

  • Collaborate with recruitment operations, recruitment marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve hiring processes and efficiency.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring trends, and market insights to support decision-making.

  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the client professionally in candidate interactions.

  • Maintainaccuraterecruitment documentation, reports, and hiring records.

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiency.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or relatedfield.

  • Proven experience inend-to-end recruitment, preferably within technology or professional services environments.

  • Strong sourcing experience using platforms such as:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Job portals

  • Social sourcing channels

  • Experience working with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or similar systems.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes, hiring strategies, and talent market trends.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with interest in recruitment data, reporting, and process improvement.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.


Preferred/Advantage

  • Experience recruiting for technology or digital transformation roles.

  • Exposure to inclusive hiring practices and diversity-focused recruitment initiatives.

  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting tools.

  • Experience supporting regional or global hiring initiatives is a plus.
