We are a premier, integrated manufacturing specialist known for excellence in CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication. Our facility provides end-to-end solutions—from fabrication to full assembly—serving high-tech sectors across Malaysia and Singapore. We are looking for a technically-savvy, driven individual to be the primary interface between our manufacturing power and our regional clients.

The Mission

You won’t just be "selling"—you will be a consultant. You’ll manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that complex engineering requirements are translated into precision-manufactured reality.

What You’ll Do

• Be the Technical Link: Manage incoming enquiries and translate technical drawings/specs into precise costings and competitive quotations.
• Strategic Account Management: Nurture high-value relationships with existing industrial partners while identifying new growth opportunities in the regional market.
• Project Leadership: Lead project kick-offs and collaborate closely with our internal Engineering and Production teams to ensure every spec is met and every deadline is hit.
• Client Advocacy: Meet with clients across Malaysia and Singapore to understand their pain points and offer tailored manufacturing solutions.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Technical Foundation: A Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Manufacturing preferred) or equivalent experience that allows you to talk shop with engineers.
• Industry Knowledge: You understand the "how-to" of sheet metal fabrication or precision machining and can explain it simply to others.
• The Sales Edge: You have a proven track record in manufacturing sales, with the negotiation skills to manage high-value RFQs.
• Regional Mindset: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits to maintain a strong presence in the field.
