Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The position involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Daily responsibilities include providing phone and email support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and using best practices in customer service and communication to enhance the quality of interactions.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver a superior Customer Experience
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective verbal communication
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Prior experience in a call center or service-oriented environment preferred
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
