AI Researcher

Our client is a leading research organization focused on advancing the frontiers of artificial intelligence and accelerating its real world impact. This role provides the opportunity to conduct research on foundational models while also working on modern agent-based systems and applied AI products using cutting-edge technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development on large-scale foundational models for domain-specific and high-performance AI applications
• Design and implement multi-agent systems incorporating reasoning, planning, and learning-based decision-making
• Build scalable machine learning systems, including data pipelines, model training infrastructure, and production deployment workflows

Requirements

• PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 1-2 years of pre-training and fine-tuning experience
• Strong research background demonstrated through publications, patents, or equivalent work in LLMs, reasoning systems, or foundational models
• Solid understanding of deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning, with exposure to multi-agent systems or large-scale model training preferred
