About The Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused professional to join our Institutional Sales team within Treasury & Global Markets. This role is responsible for supporting the Institutional Head in driving revenue growth, delivering treasury solutions to clients, and contributing to the overall business objectives of the Group. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, relationship management capabilities, and a solid understanding of treasury products and hedging solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the Institutional Head in executing overall marketing strategies to achieve the team’s revenue targets.
- Identify client needs and market treasury solutions to generate business opportunities and revenue growth.
- Provide comprehensive support to maximize sales revenue for the Institutional Sales team.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to achieve strong Customer Satisfaction Index results.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Retail Banking, and other departments on joint marketing initiatives to promote Treasury products and solutions.
- Contribute to Group Treasury & Global Markets initiatives in support of overall revenue objectives.
- Ensure all Treasury Sales activities comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.
What We’re Looking For
- Good understanding of Treasury products, hedging tools, and yield enhancement products.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and treasury-related solutions.
- Understanding of the Group’s strategic objectives and the role Institutional Sales plays in supporting business goals.
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.
- Holds a valid PKMC license.
