About the role

We’re looking for a graphic designer who cares about ideas just as much as execution. Someone who can take a brief and turn it into something clear, sharp, and visually compelling across digital, social, and brand touchpoints.

You’ll be part of the marketing and brand team shaping how Yes shows up, from campaigns to everyday content. Expect a mix of brand thinking, fast-moving deliverables, and opportunities to push the work further.


What you’ll do

  • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts across digital, social, and campaign assets
  • Design with a clear understanding of brand, layout, typography, and storytelling
  • Work closely with copywriters, marketers, brand team, and creative leads to bring ideas to life-
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and producers to be involved in the end-to-end creative process — from brief to ideation to execution
  • Gain exposure to how campaigns are developed across different channels, with a broader understanding of how marketing works as a whole
  • Develop a 360 perspective of the brand and industry through hands-on involvement in projects
  • Take ownership of projects from concept → execution → final output
  • Adapt designs across formats while maintaining consistency and quality
  • Continuously refine work based on feedback (no ego, just better work)
  • Stay curious—explore trends, tools, and new ways of working (yes, even AI)


What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • A strong portfolio (we care more about your work than your CV)
  • Solid fundamentals: layout, typography, colour, composition
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Figma
  • Comfortable working on digital-first content (social, campaigns, content)
  • Good communication skills. you can explain your ideas, not just design them
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-moving environment


Bonus points if you

  • Have experience with motion, video, or content design
  • Are you experimenting with AI tools in your workflow
  • Care about branding, not just making things “look nice”
  • Have worked on campaigns, not just static deliverables
