Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team, focusing on Recruitment and Training & Development.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, resume screening, and interview arrangement
  • Support sourcing of candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Support employee training and development activities including scheduling, attendance tracking, and feedback collection
  • Assist in organizing internal training programs, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and filing systems
  • Handle basic HR administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and departmental assignments


Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months; maximum flexible


Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
