AI Agent Engineer

Our client is a leading global company at the forefront of AI innovation, where they build advanced language models and intelligent agent systems to tackle complex, high-impact challenges. This role offers the opportunity to develop multiple agents for large scale systems in an international environment

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of overall design and algorithm implementation of intelligent agents, including task decomposition, planning, decision-making, and execution mechanisms
• Implement agent decision-making and reasoning strategies (e.g., planning, reflection, tool selection, action scheduling)
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and platform teams to integrate agent capabilities into production systems

Requirements

• Bachelors in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Production level understanding of AI Frameworks, agentic search and context engineering
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, reasoning algorithms, or multi-agent systems is a plus.
