About The Team
The Shopee Ads team looks into driving adoption and maximising the revenue of Shopee Ads. Shopee Ads is our in-house advertising solution that enables sellers to grow their business on the Shopee platform by increasing exposure for their products and shop. As a member of the Shopee Ads (Projects) team, you will be responsible for planning and rolling out ad programmes targeted at a broad range of sellers on the platform.
Job Description
- Manage existing ads programmes aimed at increasing Shopee Ads adoption and spending including monitoring performance and executing continuous improvements to the programmes
- Able to lead new projects, including developing project plans and communicating effectively across multiple involved internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and expectations
- Establish processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor performance and progress
- Leverage data to target users more effectively to track engagement within the platform
- Conduct analyses aimed at identifying opportunities and areas for improvement for ads programmes
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g.: marketing, business development, business intelligence) to implement and coordinate the execution of projects
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field is required
- 1-3 years of working experience in a strategy/management consulting/e-commerce/digital marketing roles are preferred
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through the implementation of the initiative
- Strong affinity to data, solid analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
- Strong business acumen, able to generate insights and work with tight deadlines
- Able to prioritise tasks and cope with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products & Google Suites
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (verbal and written communication skills)
