RoleOverview:

TheR&D Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and technicalexecution of the company research projects. This role includes projectmanagement and technical leadership, ensuring that the research milestones aremet while actively identifying and securing future funding and research projectopportunities.

KeyResponsibilities:

TheR&D Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of alltechnical activities within a research scope. This includes supervisinglaboratory or field operations, managing project timelines, and ensuring thatall research staff meet the standards of technical requirement. The Manager isresponsible for identifying new research opportunity and authoring high-levelproposals to secure new research project. The Manager conducts initial datareviews and validate technical findings to ensure accuracy before reportingprogress to the PI.

Requirements:

·        Education: Ph.D. or Research-basedMaster’s degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering from a globally recognizedinstitution.

·        Technical Experience: Minimum of 3 – 5years of hands-on experience in laboratory physical modelling and thedeployment of advanced geotechnical instrumentation systems.
