Support in coordinating live streaming hosts, including adjusting schedules when needed.
Work with hosts during different shifts to ensure smooth live streaming operations.
Follow and help enforce standard guidelines and SOPs for all live streaming activities.
Assist in preparing products, setups, and equipment before each live streaming.
Shoot high quality short video content for Tiktok video ads.
Compile and organize raw video footage for editing or content production.
Monitor live streaming performance and gather basic analytics to help improve future sessions.
Stay updated on skincare and beauty trends to support content relevance.
2. Live Streaming Video Analysis:
Evaluate videos and review content for quality, engagement potential, and alignment with brand requirements.
Plan video direction & creative strategy - Develop concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and overall creative direction for video content.
Analyze video performance - Review video quality, effectiveness, and engagement metrics for improvement based on analytics and audience behavior.
Video editing & TikTok trend adaptation - Possess strong editing skills and the ability to apply TikTok trends, formats, and best practices to enhance content reach.
Job Requirements:
Minimum one year with relevant experience, having E-Commerce / TikTok / Shopee live stream operation working experience would be a plus point
Possess minimum education level Diploma in any field
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Have good knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products
Able to work with minimum supervision
Willing to work on a rotational shift basis on normal working days (8am - 5pm / 1pm - 10pm) and additional working shift on campaign days (3pm - 12am/ 5pm - 2am)
