Roles & Responsibilities

Job Descriptions:

• Industry/Organization Type: Manufacturing/Product Fabrication
• Position Title: Leather Goods Maker / Assembler
• Working Location: Kranji
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 9 am – 6 pm; Sat, 9 am – 1 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT
• Duration: Permanent / Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform material tracing / cutting / preparation to produce / finish final products including seat covers, panels etc
• Preferably have prior experience working with various materials e.g. PVC, leather and other upholstery materials including cutting, sewing, wrapping etc
• Dismantling / assembling base structure where required and assemble finished products
• Fabricate, modify, finishing, painting (or other processing as required)
• Check finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of machines to keep them in good working condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear necessary protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment
• Understand and follow technical drawings and blueprints to produce the finished products
• Keep accurate records of production output and any issues with machine operations
• Prior similar related working experience will be added advantage
• Keep work place clean and tidy
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
