Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of ingredients and support the cooking process in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Carry out basic culinary operations and food preparation duties.
Prepare and maintain daily mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the kitchen and all related areas.
Support stock control, including proper storage and inventory handling.
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely service.
Requirements
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred.
Certificate in Culinary Skills or related qualification is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
