Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mobile phones, tablets, wearables, and other handheld devices.
Perform standard repairs such as screen, battery, camera, speaker, microphone, charging port, housing, and other part replacements.
Perform motherboard-level diagnosis and component-level repairs, including soldering, micro-soldering, connector replacement, IC replacement, and circuitry troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot complex faults such as no power, charging issues, short circuits, liquid damage, display issues, audio issues, signal issues, and intermittent faults.
Conduct full pre-repair and post-repair testing to ensure devices meet Mister Mobile’s repair and quality standards before handover.
Complete assigned repairs within expected turnaround times without compromising workmanship and quality.
Record repair findings, parts used, repair actions, and post-repair test results accurately.
Support junior technicians and retail teams with technical advice, repair clarification, and complex case escalation.
Handle customer devices, repair parts, and tools with proper care, safety, and data privacy discipline.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation while following repair SOPs and company standards.
Basic Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone, tablet, wearable, or electronics repair.
Experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, iPad, and other mobile devices.
Strong capability in motherboard-level repair, circuitry troubleshooting, soldering, and component-level repair.
Able to diagnose complex faults such as no power, charging issues, short circuits, liquid damage, and intermittent issues.
Familiar with key repair tools such as multimeter, DC power supply, microscope, soldering station, and hot air rework station.
