全职 Programme Assistant- Programme Executive – CareElderly Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,000 in Care Community Services Society - Ricebowl

Join our CareElderly team at our Active Aging Centres to keep the seniors active and empower them with a renewed sense of purpose to become channels of support in the community! Currently positioned at 2 different locations at Circuit Road and Serangoon North, serving the seniors in the surrounding blocks, including rental blocks.

You will be impacting seniors’ lives by promoting active ageing, preventing social isolation and rendering inter-generational activities through a holistic range of programmes, support in providing concierge services in an elderly-friendly and hygienic environment.

Job requirements

• A servant leader who leads with humility, integrity and love
• A passion and desire to work with the seniors
• Ability to plan, develop and implement programmes to meet the needs of the seniors
• Ability to engage, befriend and motivate the seniors through facilitating activities or programmes
• A self-motivated team player and enjoy working with different profiles of elderly
• Able to perform administration and the Microsoft office literacy
• Good interpersonal skills and possess energetic enthusiasm to support in outreach activities, home visits and conducting assessments using Community Screening Tool
• 5-day work-week
