Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, documentation, coordination, and maintaining organized records for daily operations.
Handle inventory data entry and stock updates accurately, ensuring proper monitoring and reporting of inventory movement.
Prepare and manage Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and delivery-related documentation while coordinating with suppliers, customers, and logistics teams.
Assist in the preparation and arrangement of greeting cards, packaging inserts, and customer-related materials as required.
Manage daily Shopee operations, including product listing updates, order processing, customer inquiries, shipment coordination, and monitoring platform performance.
Maintain accurate records using computer applications and systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic inventory reporting.
Support overall office and operational functions to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and data entry systems.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting is preferred.
Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre operations and online order management.
Prior administrative or e-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
