As our QA Director, you will play a critical leadership role in strengthening quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving world-class manufacturing standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and drive company-wide Quality Assurance strategies

Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 & regulatory requirements

Oversee quality systems from raw materials to final product delivery

Lead audits, compliance reviews & continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues

Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma & process optimization initiatives

Engage with customers, external auditors & regulatory bodies confidently

Build and mentor a high-performing QA team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field

12+ years in manufacturing quality management

Minimum 5 years in senior leadership / director-level role

Strong expertise in: AS9100 / ISO 9001/ Lean Manufacturing/ Six Sigma/ SPC/ FMEA/ CAPA/ Root Cause Analysis

Experience in aerospace, precision machining, semiconductor equipment, or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred

CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lead Auditor certifications are an added advantage
