Job Summary
Manage and coordinate architectural projects by supervising site activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, quality project delivery with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform site markings, supervise site activities, and coordinate on-site operations to ensure smooth project execution
- Independently manage projects or operate with minimal supervision to meet project goals
- Develop and plan work schedules collaboratively with clients and contractors to align timelines and resources
- Monitor work progress on site to ensure adherence to schedules, specifications, and quality standards for timely handover
- Track project changes, identify and resolve issues promptly, and report progress and challenges to management
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with designers, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to communicate updates and changes
- Attend site and project meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making among stakeholders
- Work on weekends as needed to meet project deadlines and maintain project continuity
- Interpret and understand CAD drawings to support project planning and execution
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
