SALT Talent is looking to hire a Technical Program Manager for one of the tech clients in Singapore for 12 months & renewable contract role. In this fast-paced position, you will be launching a Singapore Data Center hence we prefer someone who had experience managing network projects at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional Network Deployment (Edge, Backbone, Data Center) projects related to new data center builds, tech modifications, upgrades, operations and infrastructure.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.

Qualification:

• Experience in network engineering with a focus on deployment & support of Peering, Edge, CDN & ISP networks
• Knowledge of networking routing and switching protocols (BGP, MPLS, RSVP-TE, IS-IS)
• Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP, DNS) and experience with IPv4/IPv6 environments
• Working knowledge of POP/Colo physical infrastructure concepts and optic types used in 10G/100G/400G networks
• Ability to forecast and plan in a fast paced environment and translate the forecast into actionable deliverables with specific timelines
• Had experience managing network projects (large scales), within data centers, edge, pops, backbone
• Atleast 7+ years of working experience preferred
