3–6 years experience in event management, activation, or project management (agency experience preferred)
Proven track record in managing on-ground campaigns or brand activations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and client management abilities

We are looking for a Project Manager (Activation) to lead and execute on-ground and integrated marketing activations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, and execution, ensuring campaigns come to life seamlessly across physical and digital touchpoints. You’ll be the key driver turning ideas into reality by managing timelines, vendors, stakeholders, and ensuring flawless delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project & Activation Management
Plan, manage, and execute on-ground activations, events, launches, and brand experiences
Develop detailed project timelines, work plans, and budgets
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Oversee end-to-end execution—from ideation to post-campaign reporting
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients on activation projects
Translate client briefs into actionable plans with internal teams
Manage expectations and provide regular updates on progress
3. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with creative, strategy, and social teams to ensure alignment
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and partners
Ensure all deliverables meet quality and brand standards
4. Vendor & Production Management
Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (e.g. event setup, logistics)
Oversee production timelines and on-site setup
Ensure compliance with safety, permits, and operational requirements
5. On-ground Execution
Lead on-site event/activation execution
Troubleshoot issues in real-time and ensure smooth delivery
Ensure brand experience aligns with campaign objectives
6. Reporting & Optimization
Track KPIs and campaign performance
Conduct post-mortems and provide insights for future improvements
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
