We’re not just looking for someone to “handle HR tasks” — we want a HR Executive who’s hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to support recruitment, HR operations, and the overall employee experience.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, and offer processing within timelines
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, referrals, headhunting and networking beyond inbound applications
- Maintain the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring status updates to the HR Manager and hiring managers
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare all onboarding documentation, system access and orientation materials before each new joiner’s start date
- Conduct employee orientation and assist with statutory registrations (EPF, SOCSO, PCB
- Execute the full offboarding checklist for every departure: systems access revocation, final payroll inputs, asset recovery and stakeholder notification.
Payroll Support & HR Documentation
- Process payroll inputs accurately (joiners, leavers, public holiday pay, part-timers, adjustments) with proper verification
- Prepare and issue HR correspondence (offer letters, confirmation letters, extension letters, payment in lieu, demand letters) with thorough accuracy checks before release
- Maintain and update the master employee database in real time, keeping all records confidential and audit-rea
HR Operations & Compliance
- Execute HR SOPs consistently and highlight improvement opportunities.
- Track and follow through on day-to-day HR tasks (probation reviews, name cards, contract renewals, employee requests) within defined timelines.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and all statutory requirements
Employee Engagement & Support
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating when needed
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and welfare activities
- Assist in managing the company’s HRDF account, coordinating training bookings and workshop logistics.
Administration & Reporting
- Generate HR reports and data (headcount, turnover, recruitment pipeline, leave balances)
- Support HR projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Handle general administrative and welfare needs as assigned
