The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin, as the role requires frequent interaction with Mandarin-speaking customers, and be able to provide clear, accurate, and timely responses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 

Job Description:

• Assist Sales Manager in daily sales operations and documentation
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins professionally and efficiently
• Follow up with clients on orders, payments, and feedback
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and service
• Maintain and update customer database
• Answer calls/emails related to sales inquiries
• Support in organizing sales campaigns, meetings, or events
